Cleaning of valve parts
As a fluid line control valve installation, the inner cavity must be clean. Especially for nuclear power, medicine, food industry valves, in order to ensure the purity of the medium and avoid medium infection, the requirements for the cleanliness of the valve inner cavity are more stringent. Before assembly, the valve parts should be cleaned, and the chips, residual smooth oil, coolant and burr, welding slag and other dirt should be washed and cleaned. The valve is usually cleaned with alkali water or hot water for brushing (can also be washed with kerosene) or cleaning in the ultrasonic cleaning machine. The parts should be cleaned after grinding and polishing. The final cleaning is usually to brush the sealing surface with gasoline, and then blow dry with compressed air and wipe clean with cloth.
