Introduction of Valve

The slanlted disc check valve have a closing member of disc type that rotates the disc around the shaft and is offset against the seat face. The disc closes when it is turned down and is closed to the seat, and the disc rises from the seat when it is opened. For the center of gravity of the entire disc moves only between the fully open and closed positions, it’s stroke is very short, so the slanlted disc check valve closes very quickly. It’s disc is a saucer slanlted disc mounted on the valve shaft, and the valve seat is a special floating, elastic metal hard seat, so as to ensure that the valve seat can be automatically adjusted and aligned with the valve disc.

1. The impact phenomenon of the check valve is caused by the valve disc not reaching the closed position before the fluid backflow. Slanlted disc check valve close quickly due to the short running distance of the disc and therefore quickly reach the seat position, thus minimizing impact.

2. Slanlted disc check valve are designed to prevent fluid of pipeline backflow whatever on horizontal or vertical. On vertical lines or at any angle of inclination between horizontal and vertical, these check valves are only suitable for pipelines where the medium flows upwards.

3. Slanlted Disc Check Valve operate automatically. It opens at fluid velocity pressure and closes under gravity. It’s seat seal load and tightness are related to back pressure. If the flow velocity pressure is not sufficient to support the valve in an open, stable position, the disc and other moving parts will continue to vibrate. In order to avoid premature wear, noise or vibration operation of moving parts, the bore of the check valve is selected according to the fluid state.
