Abrasion-Resistance Dual Disc Traps, Shanghai Power Station Factory Co., Ltd.
Abrasion-Resistance Dual Disc Traps is one of the high-performance products independently developed and produced by Shanghai Power Station Factory.
Product Feature
Integral Machining.
The trap features a solid forged structure for high strength, toughness and smooth surface. The valve access and inner cavity all are finished by CNC machine directly from the solid body, the overall structure is extremely solid and resistant to high temperature and high pressure.
Pressure Seal Bonnet
When the medium pressure is low, it is sealed by bolt pretension; As the medium pressure rises, the bonnet gradually moves upwards to force the sealing gasket to enhance the sealing performance.
Dual Disc Design
The use of large and small double spool composite structure can reduce the scour of in opening and closing of the moment under high temp. and high pressure medium on the sealing surface, spare parts disc and seat are STL overlaid to maximize the service life of the sealing surface.
Maintain on line Design
The valve disc and valve seat adopt a removable structure, so that the wearing parts in the valve can be replaced online, its disc and seat can be quickly replaced without removing the valve.
Operator
Operator of Manual, Worm Gear, Pneumatic or Electric Actuator can be set according to customer requirements.
The Nominal Pressure of Abrasion-Resistance Dual Disc Traps is PN10-63MPa, Nominal Diameter is DN10~20mm, body material: A105、F22、F91、F92、F316、800H etc. And also the detailed material can be chosen acc. to the actual working service, this valves is applied to Coal-fired power plants, gas-fired power plants and nuclear power plants, as well as petroleum, chemical and metallurgy and other harsh working conditions.
