A new starting point for development: a fully intelligent factory with an annual output of 100,000 sets of special valves

Lianggu valve has submitted the feasibility study report of the project to the people's Government of Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and submitted an application for land approval. We are preparing to build a special valve production base - "Lianggu Co., Ltd.", which integrating production, sales, testing, R & D and big data platform. The planned production base has a total investment of 668.78 million yuan, with a total land area of 150 mu, and a total construction area of 180,000 square meters. We are expected to complete the construction of the plant within two years and put into operation in the third year after it is approved to enter the industrial park. The new factory will abandon general valves and specialize in the production of patented high-tech products, such as high-performance hard seal gate valves, multi-stage friction free parallel gate valves, pin less screw thread check valves, which are mainly used in supporting petrochemical, electric power, military and other fields.

The new base will support the ERP system of sage, which is from the world's third largest management software supplier, to build an automated and intelligent workshop.

The ERP system can fully integrate the internal sales, inventory, procurement, finance, logistics and production modules of the group, which easily handles the communication between the production base and the head office, departments and departments. It removes the original independent state, and sticks the company into a unit and realizes the effective link between departments. Through the order number in the system, the customer can query the order production process - the node where the product has arrived, the completed and unfinished items, as well as the estimated delivery time, shipping time and arrival time of the finished product... All the messages are clear at a glance, so as to ensure timely delivery of users’ projects.

At the same time, the new production base will adopt foreign excellent production equipment and intelligent equipment. We recruit professional valve R & D talents to form an intelligent and modern production base with an annual output value of 1.35 billion yuan. In the future, each valve delivered from "Lianggu" will be equipped with an exclusive chip. Compared with traditional valves, it has unique advantages in industrial control (monitors, sensors and automatic control equipment) and other fields. To a certain extent, it determines the adjustment quality of process control and greatly facilitates the reading of on-site working condition data.
