1200MW！重庆奉节菜籽坝抽水蓄能电站环评获批

近日，由三峡集团所属上海院编制的奉节菜籽坝抽水蓄能电站环境影响报告书通过重庆市奉节县生态环境局审批。这是上海院近年来完成的首个大型抽蓄电站环评项目。

奉节菜籽坝抽水蓄能电站位于重庆市奉节县兴隆镇和冯坪乡境内，主要由上水库、下水库、输水系统及发电厂房、移民安置和专项复建等工程组成，总装机容量1200兆瓦，已列入国家能源局《抽水蓄能中长期发展规划（2021-2035年）》。电站建成后将主要供电重庆电网，承担重庆电网的调峰、填谷、调频、调相、储能和紧急事故备用等功能。

奉节菜籽坝抽水蓄能电站建成后每年可提供9.12亿千瓦时的高峰电能，节省燃煤消耗量约22.1万吨，减少二氧化碳排放约44.2万吨，具有良好的生态环境效益。工程建设内容多、周期长、涉及面广，环评项目组从不同角度全面、细致地论证了工程建设的规划相符性、环境合理性，在顺利完成生态红线不可避让专题论证报告、水生生态及水产种质资源保护区影响论证报告、陆生生态专题报告、地下水专题报告等基础上，重点分析项目施工及运行对生态环境及敏感目标的影响，并根据影响分析结果优化工程方案，制定详细的环境保护措施计划，为降低和缓解不利环境影响提供解决方案，以实现社会效益、经济效益和环境效益的统一。
