Quick Closing Steam Extraction Check Valve is one of the high-performance products, which independently developed and produced by Shanghai Power Station Valve Factory Co., Ltd. The valve is mainly used for emergency check and power plant turbine pipeline system, in the case of sudden loss of pressure of the steam turbine, it can be closed in 0.5~1s to prevent the steam and condensate backflow of the pipeline system and cause turbine damage.

Product Principle

1. Hard Seal Design

The check valve is designed for swing flat hard seal structure,its sealing of disc and seat is hardmetals overlaid, it is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, anti-erosion, impact resistance, and reliable sealing after hardening treatment.

2.Anti blowout Stem Design.

The stem is a forging integrated design, and the stem tail is equipped with a shoulder to prevent the stem from flying out under pressure.

3.Pneumatic Actuator/Hydraulic Actuator

When the actuator adopts compressed air as the control power, when the unit is operating normally, the compressed air communicates with the pneumatic actuator through the air source control valve, pneumatic accessories, solenoid valve and pneumatic actuator, and the piston rod of the pneumatic actuator is moved up by the air source thrust, driving the strong closing mechanism and the stem of the check valve to engage and disengage, at this time the check valve works as a freely swinging check valve. When the main valve of the system is closed or the unit is loaded, the solenoid valve operates, the compressed air source is cut off, the compressed air in the lower chamber of the pneumatic piston is discharged, the piston rod is moved down by the spring force, driving the valve stem to close the disc to stop pipeline medium backflow.
