Recently, the first large-scale equipment, gasifier A-R-2301, the core device of the Shenma Nylon Chemical supporting hydrogen and ammonia project undertaken by the second company, was successfully hoisted into place. The equipment weighs 248 tons, has a top diameter of 3.4 meters and a height of 22 meters, with a hoisting height of 55 meters.

In order to ensure the smooth completion of the hoisting work, the project department organized several hoisting construction special meetings, carefully discussed, compiled, and reviewed large-scale equipment hoisting technical plans and safety assurance measures, and decided to use a 1,000-ton crawler crane as the main crane and a 400-ton crawler crane. Carry out hoisting by slipping the tail. Before hoisting, the project department strictly organized and planned, and the United Lifting Company conducted a working condition test on the crawler crane in advance, and cooperated with the owner and supervisor to conduct safety, technical disclosure and inspection of the operation team before hoisting. As the hoisting began with an order, all positions were coordinated and cooperated tacitly, and all links were closely connected. The hoisting process was orderly. Through joint efforts, the hoisting work of the gasifier equipment was successfully completed.
