The product is composed of a new type of pneumatic multi-spring film actuator and a low flow resistance sleeve valve. The characteristics are as follows:

1. Balanced spool, small unbalance force, large allowable pressure difference and stable operation.

2. The large guide surface of the valve seat can improve the vibration caused by eddy current and shock and reduce damage.

3. Noise reduction of about 10 dB compared with common single-seat and double-seat control valves.

4. The structure is simple and easy to assemble, disassemble and repair.
