For a long time, the general gate valves used in the market have water leakage or rust phenomenon. Our enterprise introduces the soft sealing gate valve produced with European high-tech rubber and valve manufacturing technology, which overcomes the defects of poor sealing, elastic fatigue, rubber aging and rust of general gate valve. The soft sealing gate valve uses the elastic valve plate to produce slight elastic deformation compensation, achieving good sealing effect. The valve has significant advantages of light opening and closing, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life. It can be widely used in fluid pipelines of tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical engineering, food, medicine, textile, electric power, ships, metallurgy, energy systems, as a regulation and shutoff device.
Light weight: The body is made of advanced nodular cast iron, with the weight of about 20%-30% less than that of the traditional gate valve, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
Leather-based valve seat: The traditional gate valve often fails to be closed tightly to generate water leakage due to foreign matters, such as stone, wood, cement, scrap iron, debris and other deposition in the groove at the bottom of the valve after washing the pipe with water. The soft sealing gate valve bottom uses the same flat-bottomed design as the pipeline, which is not easy to cause debris siltation, so that fluid flows unobstructed.
Overall encapsulation: The valve adopts high-quality rubber for the inside and outside encapsulation. The first-class rubber vulcanization technology in Europe makes the vulcanized valve ensure accurate geometric dimension, and rubber and nodular cast iron valves have strong adhesive force to achieve elastic memory without disengagement.
Precision casting valve body: Valve body uses precision casting, with precise geometric dimension allowing the inside of the valve body to ensure good sealing of the valve without any finishing.
Embedded copper nut: The copper nut and soft sealing valve are of embedded connection, making them closely integrated. There is no looseness or damage due to vibration caused by water flow.
Anti-corrosion: The valve body adopts powder epoxy resin coating, to prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body, and it can be used for sewage system.
Not easily broken: In the past, the traditional cast iron gate valve is easy to be cracked resulting from foreign object hit, collision or pressure. As the body uses nodular cast iron, this situation has been greatly reduced.
Three "O"-shaped seal rings: On account of that the valve rod adopts three "O"-shaped seal rings, it can reduce the frictional resistance during opening and closing, and greatly reduce the water leakage. The seal ring can be replaced without water supply shutoff.
Be conducive to drinking without boiling: On account of that the inside of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, and the inner and outer surfaces of the valve are completely covered with rubber, there will not be rust water or corrosion. Therefore, the water can be drunk without boiling.
