The valve stem is designed with blow out proof structure, which can ensure that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium even in extreme cases such as abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity and failure of the packing pressing plate. The valve stem adopts a bottom mounted structural design with a seal. The sealing force of the reverse seal increases with the increase of the medium pressure, so the reliable sealing of the valve stem can be ensured under various pressures.

The valve stem adopts a V-shaped packing sealing structure, which can effectively convert the pressing force and medium force of the packing gland into the sealing force of the valve stem.

The traditional packing gland is improved to a two-part structural design of the packing press plate and the packing press sleeve. The packing press sleeve and the packing press sleeve are in spherical contact to ensure that the packing press sleeve is always vertical. A polytetrafluoroethylene bushing is arranged inside the packing press sleeve, which avoids the scratch and wear of the valve stem and the packing press sleeve, and reduces the operating torque of the valve.

According to the needs of users, a disc spring-loaded packing pressing mechanism can be used to make the sealing of the stem packing more reliable.
