The butterfly plate adopts a double eccentric spherical sealing structure, which makes use of the cam effect. When it is closed, the sealing surface of the valve plate will press against the sealing ring of the valve body with the eccentric displacement for sealing. The sealing ring will be pressed evenly, and the closer it is closed, the tighter it is, and the sealing performance is reliable; When the valve is opened, the valve plate quickly disengages from the sealing ring of the valve body with the eccentric movement, reducing the wear between the sealing surfaces, making it easy to open and close and durable.

The valve body seal ring is made of austenitic stainless steel, the surface is hardened, and it is mechanically fixed on the valve body, which is very convenient for adjustment and replacement.

The spherical sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of stainless steel with high thickness and corrosion resistance. After processing, it is rolled and polished. The surface structure is compact, with excellent scratch resistance, wear resistance and long service life.

The valve adopts double eccentric line sealing structure: the sealing pair is free of scale and scar, and has excellent self-cleaning function of the sealing belt.

The connection between the driving device and the valve is provided with a connecting seat. The axial sealing packing can be adjusted online through the packing gland at the window of the connecting seat without removing the driving device and the valve shaft, so as to ensure the reliability of the shaft seal. The valve shaft is sealed with flexible graphite, with good sealing performance, small friction coefficient, no aging and durable.

The valve stem adopts semi axial form, and the valve plate adopts truss structure, which has high strength, good rigidity, small flow resistance, large flow area and energy saving.

The valve has positive and negative two-way sealing functions. It is not restricted by the medium flow direction during installation, and can be installed in any direction on the pipeline. (if only unidirectional medium is controlled, it shall be installed in the direction favorable for sealing)

For DN≥800 large-diameter butterfly valve, support seat and lifting ring can be set according to user's requirements to facilitate installation.

The inner chamber of the valve adopts electrostatic adsorption epoxy resin spraying process, which has strong adhesion, good anti-corrosion performance and no pollution. The epoxy resin coating used has been certified for drinking water at home and abroad.
