Flat bottom (no groove, no groove) design: An important improvement of Z45X-10 soft seal grooveless gate valve is "flat bottom". At the bottom of the valve body of an ordinary gate valve, there is a sealing groove of the lower wedge of the gate. As the fluid medium flows in the pipeline, it carries some impurities, which will accumulate in the groove at the bottom of the valve after a long time, causing the valve to fail to close. The new z45x-10 soft sealing grooveless gate valve adopts a grooveless flat bottom at the bottom of the valve body's drift diameter, which will not cause debris deposition and make the fluid medium unobstructed.
Soft sealing ram design: the ram is made of elastic rubber with steel valve core pressed by advanced vulcanization technology, with good sealing elasticity. The geometric dimensions are accurate and memory. It makes full use of the elastic principle of rubber to cooperate with the extrusion of screw rod spiral lower wedge and valve body diameter, so as to achieve sealing and closure.
"Plastic spraying" process: the inner cavity and outer part of the valve are treated with epoxy resin, which effectively prevents corrosion of various acid and alkali media and meets the national drinking water safety evaluation standard for drinking water transmission and distribution equipment and protective materials (GB/T17219).
