Open the solenoid valve at the inlet end of the lower diaphragm chamber, and the pressure water enters the lower diaphragm chamber. Since the flow at the inlet end of the lower diaphragm chamber is greater than the flow of the ball valve at the outlet end, the pressure difference generated pushes the diaphragm and diaphragm pressure plate to drive the valve stem and valve plate to open the sludge discharge valve upward. When the solenoid valve is closed, the pressure water in the lower diaphragm chamber is discharged through the ball valve at the outlet end, and the lower diaphragm chamber has no pressure. Under the action of the spring in the upper diaphragm chamber, the diaphragm and diaphragm pressing plate are pushed to drive the valve rod and valve plate downward to close the sludge discharge valve.

Product use

The valve adopts a double chamber diaphragm transmission mechanism. The valve can be opened smoothly and quickly without movement wear, lubrication, mechanical wear and rubber products that are not replaced regularly. It is durable and has a long service life. A two position two-way solenoid valve or ball valve is installed at the inlet of the lower diaphragm chamber of the valve to operate the opening and closing of the sludge valve. A ball valve with adjustable opening is installed at the outlet of the lower diaphragm chamber to control the opening and closing time of the sludge valve. The driving medium pressure water or gas of this valve can directly use tap water or air source on the air pump, which is easy to operate and can realize remote automatic control and centralized control. When the driving medium is cut off from water or gas, the valve can always be kept closed. This product is usually used on the bottom of the sedimentation tank in water plants to remove sediment and dirt from the bottom of the tank. The valve is characterized by quick opening and slow closing, good sealing performance, anti jamming and durability.
