Under the action of water inlet pressure, the water first reaches the lower piston chamber of the valve, and at the same time, the water reaches the ball valve or solenoid valve from the upper piston chamber to the upper side through the orifice, so that the sludge valve is closed when the pressure of the upper piston chamber and the lower piston chamber is balanced. When the solenoid valve is opened, the pressure in the lower piston chamber is far greater than that in the upper piston chamber. The piston overcomes the spring pressure to push the piston rod to drive the valve plate to move upward under the effect of the pressure difference. Open the sludge valve, and the sludge valve is open. On the contrary, when the solenoid valve is closed, the pressure in the lower piston chamber gradually decreases, and the pressure difference between the upper and lower piston chambers gradually becomes zero. Under the action of the spring in the upper piston chamber, the piston moves downward, pushes the piston rod to drive the valve plate to move downward, and closes the sludge valve. The sludge valve is closed. That is, when the solenoid valve is closed, the sludge discharge valve is closed, and when the solenoid valve is opened, the sludge discharge valve is open.

Product use

The valve adopts a piston transmission mechanism. The hydraulic cylinder power drives the valve clack to rise and fall. The valve is opened smoothly and quickly. The piston ring is made of tetrafluoro material, which is durable and has a long service life. A two position two way solenoid valve or ball valve is installed at the outlet of the piston chamber on the valve to control the opening and closing of the sludge discharge valve. The driving medium pressure water or gas of the valve can be directly supplied by tap water or the air source on the air pump, which is easy to operate and can realize remote automatic control and centralized control. When the driving medium is cut off from water or gas, the valve can always be kept closed. This product is usually used on the bottom of the sedimentation tank in water plants to remove sediment and dirt from the bottom of the tank. The valve is characterized by quick opening and slow closing, good sealing performance, anti jamming and durability. As the piston cylinder body is made of stainless steel, it is light and easy to install.
