This product is used at the highest point of the sewage pipeline or at the place with air lock, to discharge the gas in the sewage pipeline to dredge the pipeline, so that the pipeline can operate normally. If this valve is not installed, the pipeline will have air lock, which will affect the sewage flow rate, or even interrupt. In case of power failure or pump shutdown, negative pressure will occur in the pipe at any time, which will cause pipe vibration or rupture. The exhaust and suction valves will quickly suck in air to prevent pipe vibration or rupture.

Working principle

When the sewage in the pipe is in operation, the valve clack stops at the lower part of the positioning frame for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the sewage enters the valve to float the ball, and the drive valve clack is closed to stop the exhaust. During the internal operation of the pipe, a small amount of gas will be naturally generated, which will be concentrated in the upper part of the pipe. To a certain extent, under the sewage in the valve, the floating ball will descend along the water, and the gas will be discharged from the small hole. In case of power failure and pump shutdown, negative pressure will appear at any time when the water flow in the pipe is empty, and the float ball will fall down along the water. Open the small hole to drive the large hole to make a large amount of air supplement to ensure the safety of the pipe.
