Z41X and Z45X adopt wedge type elastic single ram structure, which is applicable to water supply and drainage, food, chemical and other industrial pipelines with temperature of- 10~60°C as regulation and throttling equipment.

Structural characteristics

1. The valve body is made of precision casting, and the smooth valve seat and the rubber coated gate are tightly closed to achieve no leakage, no sediment, smooth flow passage, and light and flexible opening and closing.

2. The inner cavity of the valve body is made of non-toxic epoxy resin, and the inner and outer surfaces of the gate are completely covered with rubber, which has no pollution to the water quality and is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
