The valve body and valve seat of the three eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve are of a conjoined structure. There is a certain eccentric distance between the center of the valve stem and the center of the sealing surface and the center of the valve body, and there is an offset angle between the sealing surface and the center line of the valve body, so that there is no friction between the butterfly plate and the valve body when the valve is opened and closed, thus extending the service life of the valve.
