1. Plunger valve is composed of valve body, bonnet, valve stem, plunger, guide sleeve, sealing ring, handwheel and other parts. The rotary handwheel drives the plunger to move up and down in the guide sleeve, completing the opening and closing functions of the valve.

2. The plunger and the sealing ring adopt interference fit. By adjusting the pretightening force of the flange bolt, the sealing ring is compressed to keep the outer ring of the plunger and the inner ring of the valve body sealed, thus eliminating internal and external leakage.

3. The sealing ring adopts non-toxic new sealing material with strong resilience, corrosion resistance and high wear resistance.

4. This valve combines the characteristics of non leakage of plunger valve and quick opening and closing of stop valve, and becomes a new product with novel structure and wide use.

Precautions for plunger valve in use

1. After a period of use, if the sealing ring has wear and leakage, the valve must be opened first, and then the middle flange bolts must be tightened evenly and slightly to prevent leakage. Do not overtighten it blindly.

2. When the above operations have not eliminated the leakage, check whether the seal ring is damaged by impurities and hard objects in the pipeline. If the seal ring is damaged, replace it.
