High temperature gate valves, also known as special valves for power plants, are mainly used on the pipelines of various systems in thermal power plants to cut off or connect the pipeline medium. Applicable media: water, steam and other non corrosive media. Compared with other valve products, power station valves are characterized by high temperature and high pressure, and unique self sealing design. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the sealing. Due to the technical characteristics of the performance and the special working conditions, the product also has the characteristics that other products cannot replace.
1. There is no friction when opening and closing. This function solves the problem that the sealing surfaces of traditional valves are affected by friction between sealing surfaces.
2. Top mounted structure. The valves installed on the pipeline can be directly inspected and maintained online, which can effectively reduce the shutdown of the device and reduce the cost.
3. Single seat valve design. The utility model eliminates the problem that the medium in the valve cavity affects the use safety due to abnormal pressure rise.

6. Self cleaning structure of sealing surface. When the gate is tilted away from the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes through the gate sealing surface 360 degrees evenly, which not only eliminates the local scouring of the valve seat by high-speed fluid, but also washes away the aggregates on the sealing surface, so as to achieve the purpose of self-cleaning.
