Elastic seat seal eccentric plug valve, traditional plug valve and half ball valve for many improvements, to ensure the reliable use of the product function, to a variety of media, high speed, corrosive and impurities containing fluid applicability and long service life. From the following performance characteristics, we can understand the advanced function and structural design of the valve.
(1) Elastic seat seal structure elastic cock and corrosion resistant seat form the sealing structure, to ensure that the valve seal is reliable, realize zero leakage. Overcome the traditional plug valve and half ball valve metal seal leakage defects.
(2) The operating force of the eccentric seal design only acts on the very short stroke between the contact or departure of the valve sealing surface, and decreases rapidly with the reduction of the sealing pressure. The sealing surface can be automatically compensated without wear. It solves the problem that the sealing surface of traditional plug valve and ball valve needs large lasting operating force and serious wear of the sealing surface due to forced extrusion of the sealing surface with full stroke.
1) Integral plastic wrap cock. The whole cock of all caliber range adopts the latest vulcanization process, the outer surface is covered with high-performance rubber, good sealing elasticity, resistance to fluid corrosion and high speed fluid erosion. It overcomes the defects of the exposed metal plug of the traditional plug valve and the separated ball core of the half ball valve, which are prone to fluid corrosion.
2) Special corrosion resistant seat. Stainless steel or pure nickel surfacing valve seat and body combination firmly, resistant to solid particles wear, corrosive media damage and high speed fluid erosion. High interchangeability of seals, only replace the valve cock can continue to use. It overcomes the disadvantages of poor interchangeability of half ball valve floating seat seals and difficult late maintenance.
3) Rectangular straight passage. Through the flow channel, fluid head loss is small; Rectangular section, can be used as manual, electric and pneumatic control valve, flow control linearity is very good. The adjustment linearity of circular section is not ideal when traditional ball valve and half ball valve are used as regulating valve.
4) Integrated bow valve shaft. Valve shaft and cock integral casting, high transmission strength and stiffness. Arch valve shaft design, when the valve is fully open can avoid the flow channel, the diversion effect is remarkable. Lighter weight than traditional plug and half ball valves
5) Removable valve cover. The valve cover is bolted to the valve body, and the valve can be maintained on the pipe only by removing the valve cover bolt. Traditional ball valve for open or tubular valve body, when the valve failure, the valve must be removed from the pipeline under the maintenance.
6) High strength bearing housing. Valve body, valve cover and other pressure shell using high strength nodular cast iron, high pressure strength and stiffness, than the traditional plug valve and half ball valve gray cast iron weight, convenient transportation and lifting. At the same time as the sealing surface surfacing matrix, and sealing surface surfacing materials combined with good technology
7) High temperature and high speed medium. High performance nodular cast iron housing, sealing rubber and surfacing seat for high speed fluid erosion. Medium temperature can reach -29 ~ 150℃, especially suitable for all kinds of cold and hot water occasions
8) Corrosion resistant surface treatment. According to the corrosiveness of the medium and the working environment, the corresponding surface anticorrosion treatment scheme can be flexibly selected to ensure the long service life under various harsh working conditions.
