The valve is composed of valve body, rubber tube sleeve, valve stem, pressure plate, pull rod, bracket, hand wheel and other parts.

Working principle:

When turning the hand wheel clockwise, the size of the valve stem rotates at the same time to drive the upper and lower pressure plate to compress the rubber tube sleeve so as to close, on the contrary, it is opened. In this way, the plate moves up and down between the pull rod to complete the valve opening and closing work.

Installation and maintenance:

① The valve is installed arbitrarily on the pipeline without medium flow limitation.

② The valve has low maintenance cost, and there is no need to replace the valve seat, sealing packing, sealing ring or expansion tube regularly. The hose is the only part of the clamp valve that needs to be replaced. Once the hose is replaced, the valve is like a new valve. This valve rarely requires other parts inventory.
