1. The high-temperature slag locking ball valve and flushing valve are bidirectional rotating full section switch ball valves and fixed ball structures; The valve is a high-temperature slag locking structure, and the metal and protective coating of the valve body and internal components have good usability in impact, corrosion, and abrasion.

2. Design of slag locking ball valve stem to prevent blowing out; The valve stem and ball are independent, and the end of the valve stem close to the ball is designed as an integral T-shaped structure. The gland flange can block the T-shaped valve stem to prevent it from being blown out by the pressure in the valve chamber of the slag locking ball valve.

3. Double piston effect of slag locking ball valve seat; The area difference can be formed before and after the valve seat, and under the action of upstream and downstream media or cavity pressure, the valve seat can be pushed towards the sphere to achieve slag locking ball valve sealing. The piston effect is a sealing form that uses pipeline pressure to push the valve seat to hold the ball. When using a dual piston effect valve seat, once the upstream valve seat leaks, pressure enters the middle chamber and pushes the downstream valve seat. Due to the dual piston effect valve seat design, the downstream valve seat will reverse and hold the ball to achieve sealing. Therefore, the sealing of double piston ball valves is more reliable and suitable for applications with very strict sealing requirements.

4. The anti-static device for slag locking ball valve is equipped with a spring grounding plug on the valve stem of the metal slag locking ball valve, which makes contact between the ball, valve stem, and valve body, forming a conductive circuit that can transfer charges, thereby avoiding static accumulation caused by friction during valve opening and closing or static accumulation caused by fluid impact on the inner cavity of the valve body. This static accumulation is extremely dangerous for pipelines in some hazardous areas.
