1. The valve body adopts an S-shaped design, with small flow resistance in the S-shaped channel inside the valve body, and no dead corners during the adjustment process.
2. Different structures can be selected according to different working conditions, and valve trims with throttling can be completely interchanged. When using unbalanced and balanced structures with the same diameter, only different structural guide sleeves, valve cores, and sealing function trim modules are needed to achieve valve type transformation such as adjustable, cut-off, low-noise, multi-stage pressure reduction, maze, etc. The flow characteristics include fast opening, linear, and equal percentage.
3. The regulating valve adopts a top guide structure design. The guide sleeve inside the valve controls the valve core, ensuring stable guide operation. The quick release valve seat and cage sleeve ensure the sealing performance of the valve, making maintenance more convenient.
4. The upper valve cover can be equipped with various types of valve cover sealing forms to meet the control requirements of working conditions. It is divided into standard type, adjustable cut-off type, high-temperature heat dissipation type, low-temperature extension type, corrugated pipe type, and insulation type.
