1. The manufacturing and inspection of valves, as well as pressure and temperature standards, shall be in accordance with the provisions of ANSI 816.34.

2. Valve inspection and testing shall comply with the provisions of API598.

3. The structural length of the valve shall comply with the provisions of ANSI 816.11.

4. After processing the parts, remove burrs and other debris, and clean them with engine oil or kerosene before assembly. After passing the test, the valve chamber should be cleaned dry

Cover both ends of the diameter with a valve cover to prevent dirt from entering.
