This valve is composed of valve body, rubber pipe sleeve, large and small valve stems, pressure plate, pull rod, bracket, handwheel and other parts.
Working principle:
When turning the handwheel clockwise, rotate both the large and small valve stems simultaneously to drive the upper and lower pressure plates to compress the rubber pipe sleeve and close it, otherwise it will open. In this way, the pressure plate moves back and forth between the pull rods to complete the valve opening and closing work.
Notes:
Due to the low load-bearing capacity of the rubber sleeve, when the operator rotates the handwheel during opening and closing, as long as they feel an appropriate amount of resistance, they all reach the opening and closing poles. Do not try to use multiple people to assist and disable other tools for opening and closing.
Installation and maintenance:
1. This valve can be installed freely on the pipeline without any restriction on the flow direction of the medium.
2. This valve has low maintenance costs and does not require regular replacement of valve seats, sealing packing, sealing rings, or expansion pipes. The rubber hose is the only part that needs to be replaced for the clamp valve. Once the rubber hose is replaced, the valve becomes like a new valve. This valve rarely requires inventory of other parts.
