The fully automatic cleaning filter can be used for filtering industrial water, seawater, food and pharmaceutical light industrial wastewater, circulating water, as well as emulsion regeneration, waste oil, liquid raw materials and other ball treatment. In the metallurgical and petrochemical industries, as well as in the initial drainage and circulating water systems of power plants and processes involving liquid media filtration, the application of fully automatic cleaning filters is becoming increasingly widespread. Modern metallurgical enterprises in China have introduced continuous casting water systems, blast furnace water systems, high-pressure water removal systems for hot rolling, emulsion systems, and closed water circulation systems, all of which heavily use self-cleaning filters for liquid media filtration systems.
Working principle:
The fully automatic cleaning filter consists of a main engine and an electrical control system. The electric control system of the ball passing device produced by our factory is divided into two major series: SIEMENS (Siemens) programming control system and our independently developed electronic control system. The host is composed of components such as a filter body, a filter screen, a reduction motor, a drain valve, a transmission shaft, and a pressure differential controller. The filter body is a flat lid tank, with the upper part of the lifting body being the turbid water area, the middle part being the clean water area, and the lower part being the sewage area. There is an inlet on the upper side, an outlet on the middle side, an electric sewage ball valve at the bottom, and a pressure difference controller on the side. There are two types of filter screens: stainless steel dense weave filter screen and wedge-shaped filter screen. The ZQX series fully automatic ball cleaner adopts nylon brushes and high-quality carbon steel (stainless steel) cylinder, which has the characteristics of large processing capacity, long service life, and high cleaning efficiency. This machine adopts an efficient, stable, and safe differential pressure control system to control the automatic cleaning of the filter screen. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set value, the control system sends a control signal to drive the motor to rotate and open the drain valve. The sewage outlet forms a vacuum state, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the filter are removed by the rotating nylon. Sewage is discharged from the discharge valve. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal, the motor stops running and the electric drain valve closes with a delay. Throughout the process, the material flow was not interrupted, achieving continuous, automatic, efficient, and safe production.
