The floating ball valve adopts an elastic sealing ring structure design. When the medium pressure is low, the contact area between the sealing ring and the sphere is small, forming a larger sealing pressure ratio at the contact point between the sealing ring and the sphere, ensuring reliable sealing. When the medium pressure is high, with the elastic deformation of the sealing ring, the contact area between the sealing ring and the sphere increases, so the sealing ring can withstand a larger medium thrust without damage.


The valve stem adopts an anti blow out structure design, which can ensure that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium even in extreme situations such as abnormal pressure rise in the valve chamber and failure of the packing pressure plate. The valve stem adopts a bottom mounted structure design with sealing, and the sealing force of the reverse seal increases with the increase of medium pressure, so it can ensure the reliable sealing of the valve stem under various pressures.


The valve stem adopts a V-shaped packing sealing structure, and the V-shaped packing can effectively convert the clamping force of the packing cover and the medium force into the sealing force of the valve stem.


The traditional packing gland has been improved into a two part structure design of packing pressure plate and packing pressure sleeve. The packing pressure sleeve and packing pressure plate are in spherical contact, ensuring that the packing pressure sleeve is always vertical. A polytetrafluoroethylene liner is installed inside the packing pressure sleeve to avoid scratches and wear between the valve stem and packing pressure sleeve, and to reduce the operating torque of the valve.


According to user needs, a packing compression mechanism loaded with disc springs can be used to make the sealing of the valve stem packing more reliable.


The ball and valve seat processed by special processes are particularly suitable for high temperatures and media containing various dust and solid particles.
