Main structure and working principle 1、V-type control fluorine lined ball valve is adopt 90° rotary design of the control valve，used in conjunction with the computer processing system (CTPEM) and positioner, precise ratio adjustment, remote control and automatic control can be achieved. 2. V-type ball valve disc design into a special V-type port, with a good flow control curve, positioner by accepting the input signal, give the corresponding feedback opening, through the appropriate opening to adjust the flow. When the pressure changes, the opening can be adjusted in real time to stabilize the flow rate. 3、The valve lining adopt imported fluorine material, better corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The gap between the valve cavity and the ball is small, which minimizes the accumulation of materials and can effectively prevent the crystallization of materials from holding the ball. The metal valve body is equipped with a linear dovetail groove structure to prevent liner from falling off the risk under negative pressure conditions. The ball and stem with integrated design, ball and stem surface is provided with dovetail groove and through hole, can make fluorine material combined with metal parts firmly. The stem will not fly out when the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized. 6、Packing adopts V-type design, which has high elasticity of sealing stretch and light torque advantage. Through the packing gland locking force, can obtain good sealing effect easily, eliminate media leakage from the stem position effectively. The seat adopt import the superior PTFE material, the seat positive cone sealing surface, design of seal auxiliary structure, which can guide guide the ball trajectory of the opening and closing parts effectively, small torque, opening and closing more smooth and stable, but also can achieve good sealing effect.
