The sealing surface of valve ball and valve seat is made of HVOF supersonic spraying hard alloy to ensure the sealing surface of high hardness, wear resistance, sealing grade can reach zero leakage. The valve upper and lower side hard seal floating seat adopts double seal structure design, even if one side seat seal failure due to unexpected circumstances, the valve can still work normally, thus improving the sealing reliability of the valve.
