Fluorine-lined stop valve material

1. Perfluoroethylene FEP (F46)

Applicable media:

Any organic solvent or reagent, dilute or concentrated inorganic acid, alkali, ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon, chlorinated hydrocarbon, etc.

Service temperature:

-85~150

Features: mechanical, electrical and chemical stability are basically the same as F4, but the outstanding advantages are high dynamic impact toughness, weather resistance and radiation.

2. PCTEF (F3)

Applicable media:

Various organic solvents, inorganic corrosive liquids (oxidizing acids)

Operating temperature: - 195~120

Features: heat resistance, electrical property and chemical stability are only inferior to F4, mechanical strength, creep property and hardness are better than F4

3. Polypropylene: RPP

Applicable medium: aqueous solution of inorganic salts, dilute or concentrated solution of inorganic acids and alkalis.

Operating temperature: - 14~80

Features: one of the lighter plastics, its yield, tensile and compressive strength and hardness are better than those of low pressure polyethylene, and it has outstanding rigidity, good heat resistance, easy molding, and good price. Dynamic shock resistance, fluidity and bending elasticity after modification.

4. Polyfluoroethylene: rigid) PVC

Applicable media: water resistance, concentrated alkali, non-oxidizing acid, chain hydrocarbon, oil and ozone.

Service temperature: 0-55

Features: high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and dielectric properties, good oil resistance and anti-aging resistance, easy to fuse

And adhesive, lower price.

5. PTFE (F4)

Use medium: strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, etc.

Operating temperature: - 200~180

Features: excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, cold resistance, low friction coefficient, self-lubricating material, but low mechanical properties, poor fluidity, and large thermal expansion.

PVDF (F2)

Use medium: resistant to most chemicals and solvents,

Operating temperature: - 70~100

Features: Lassen strength and compression strength are better than F4, bending resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance. It is resistant to light and aging, and is characterized by good toughness and easy forming.

6. Polyolefin: PO

Applicable medium: various concentrations of acid, alkali, salt and some organic solvents.

Operating temperature: - 58~80

Features: It is an ideal anti-corrosion material and has been widely used for the lining of large equipment and pipeline parts in rotary molding.Structural features of fluorine lined stop valve

Compared with the gate valve, the fluorine lined stop valve has a simpler structure and is more convenient to manufacture and maintain.

The sealing surface is not easy to wear and scratch, and has good sealing performance and long service life.

When opening and closing, the valve disc stroke is small, the opening and closing time is short, and the valve height is small.

The valve disc and valve stem are designed as an integral structure, with compact structure and safe use.

Fluorine-lined stop valves have three types of structure: straight-through, direct-through and angle-type. The straight-through type is commonly used. The angle-type can be installed at the corner of the pipeline system, and the direct-through flow resistance is the smaller of the stop valves.

Pneumatic and electric devices shall be configured according to user requirements to meet the needs of remote control and program control.

The replacement part lining material can be applied to various media.

Purpose of fluorine lined stop valve

It is applicable to aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and various organic acids, strong acids and strong oxidizing agents of various concentrations from minus 50 ℃ to 150 ℃, and also to the pipelines of various concentrations of strong alkali organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media.
